APCI DIRECTOR – Agjencia për Mbrojtjen e Informacionit të Klasifikuar

Emin Hoxhaj is the first Director of the Agency for the Protection of Classified Information, appointed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Albin Kurti dated 11.09.2023

Born in the village of Cermjan, municipality of Gjakova, on 07.03.1976, married, father of three children, lives with his wife, children and parents.

Primary and secondary education in “General Economics” completed in his hometown, while higher education in “History-Geography” completed in Gjakovë.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at “Hasan Prishtina” University in Pristina. M

Member of the Kosovo Liberation Army from the first cells until the end of the war.

Part of the Kosovo Police since 08.01.2001, holding various management positions, including: head of the unit for the investigation of economic crimes and corruption, head of the investigation department at the police station in Gjakovë, etc., now heads the Information Protection Agency Classified.
